PAYMENT AND SECURITY

For your convenience, the following methods of payment for your purchases are available:

Credit or Debit Card:

You can pay for your purchases with your credit or debit card. These transactions take place through the system WINBANK of the bank PIRAEUS, to which the user is redirected after the placement of the order.

The payment procedure is carried out entirely by the bank PIRAEUS, which adheres to contemporary methods and guarantees for the security of your electronic transaction. We do not collect nor store in any way the information of your credit or debit card, and for this reason you are required to enter them anew every time you use your credit or debit card for your transactions.

PayPal:

When you choose payment through PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website (an online secure transaction system), where you can pay either with your credit/debit card, or through your PayPal account. The payment procedure through PayPal is fully automated. During this procedure, none of your personal information (including the number of your credit/debit card) is stored in the electronic systems of our Company.

Stripe:

When choosing payment via Stripe, you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment environment, where transactions are completed using your credit or debit card in accordance with the highest international security standards. The payment process is handled entirely by Stripe. Our Company does not collect, process, or store any of your card details, which are encrypted and managed exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS security requirements.

Bank Deposit:

You can deposit the equivalent of your order at the Company’s bank account, within 5 days, counting from the date that your order has been registered. If not, your order will be cancelled. Please fill the Statement of Deposit (Bank document of payment) with:

1. your full name.
2. your order’s number, which will be sent to you via e-mail, after your order’s checkout
   process.

You should send us the bank’s Statement of Deposit via e-mail at sales@eleftherioujewelry.com. You order will be valid after deposit confirmation in the bank account. You can deposit the equivalent of your order at the following bank account:

Your order will not be dispatched until we have fully received your payment. Any commission or transaction fee charged by the bank is additional to the cost of purchase (not included in prices of our products) and paid by the consumer.

Telephone Orders:

If you place your order by phone and wish to reserve a specific item, you will be required to pay the full amount- including shipping costs -within 5 calendar days, via bank transfer as above. The reservation will only be confirmed once the payment has been received.

Note that Cash on delivery is not available.
