SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed, you will be kept informed about its progress. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your parcel.

Dispatch Times

Our dispatch time depends on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order:

In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days via DHL Courier, or 5–10 business days via Hellenic Post [registered mail].

Made-to-order items: Because each piece is handcrafted, production and dispatch times vary.

Delivery may require 15–30 business days, depending on the piece. We will contact you by phone or email to update you on the progress of your order. For tracking or questions, please contact sales@eleftherioujewelry.com

 

SHIPPING RATES

Within Greece: Shipping cost €6 via ACS Courier.

European Union, United Kingdom, Middle East: €20 via Hellenic Post [registered mail – tracking number included] and €50 via DHL.

USA, Canada, Asia and Rest of the World: €25 via Hellenic Post [registered mail – tracking number included] and €110 via DHL.

All shipping charges appear at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

 

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If your order does not arrive or if delivery exceeds 10 business days from the shipment date, please notify us immediately. Eleftheriou Jewelry cannot be held responsible for courier delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order arrives incorrectly or you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange following the Returns and Exchanges guidelines below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MAKING RETURNS:

You may return any online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Before sending your return, you must contact us first by emailing sales@eleftherioujewelry.com.

With the subject line:

“Return/Exchange of order number XXXXX”
[Replace the Xs with your actual order number found in your order confirmation].

Please do not forget to include your order number in your email and inside the return parcel, so we can locate your order and process the return efficiently.

 

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS:

To be accepted, all items must be returned:

  1. In their original Eleftheriou Jewelry packaging [box, protective pouch, branded bag].
  2. With the sales receipt or gift exchange card.
  3. With the original guarantee card.
  4. Unused, unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

 

We do not accept:

  1. Damaged items or items showing signs of wear.
  2. Items damaged during return shipping.
  3. Items returned in non-original packaging.

Please ensure you use a secure and traceable shipping method [international courier or registered/insured post]. Eleftheriou Jewelry is not responsible for items lost during return transit. Shipping charges, taxes, and duties on international orders are non-refundable.

 

RETURN FEE:

All returns are subject to a €30 return-processing fee. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund the amount paid minus the €30 fee to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

 

REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

Once a return request is submitted, a full refund of the product price and standard delivery costs will be issued within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty, defective or incorrect. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable, as permitted under EU regulations.

 

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE:

Upon receiving the item, email us immediately at sales@eleftherioujewelry.com. Attach clear photographs showing the defect and describe the issue. Once we receive the item and verify the defect ourselves, we will contact you to proceed with the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

 

EXCHANGES:

If your within 14 days-return is accepted, you may choose:

  1. Exchange for another product
    You may select a new piece of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid via bank transfer.
  2. A four-month store credit
    We can issue a 4-month credit note which allows you to select a new piece at your convenience.

Shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The consumer is responsible for the cost and safety of the return shipment. Use secure and trackable shipping only. Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited. No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure that importing jewelry into your country or region is permitted. Eleftheriou Jewelry is not responsible for customs restrictions, duties, or local regulations. This website does not constitute an offer in jurisdictions where selling our products is prohibited. Customers should not place orders from regions where such purchases are restricted by law.
